HYDROKINETIC PROJECTS

In order to minimize installation and infrastructure costs Emerging Energies Pvt. Ltd. is concentrating on installing its technologically innovative units initially on Canals and the outflow Channels of existing Hydro Electric project.

In one canal system alone Emerging Energies has identified 53 sites with constrictions in flow of water at aqueducts that offer high velocities of water upto 4 m/sec. As our system operates at less than 3 m/sec at peak capacity, this flow is very substantial and will yield upto 79.5 MW of electricity only at the constrictions in the canal with minimal infrastructure and deployment costs.
